Cancellation & Refund Policy

SUNLINE TRAVELS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the SUNLINE TRAVELS marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • SUNLINE TRAVELS does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

Cancellation Terms

At SUNLINE TRAVELS, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your booking. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation Charges

  • 24 hours or more before departure: 10% cancellation charges
  • 12 hours before departure: 25% cancellation charges
  • 5 hours before departure: 50% cancellation charges
  • Within 5 hours of departure or after travel: No cancellation or refund
  • Once a ticket is modified, no cancellation or refund will be provided.

  • Please note that SUNLINE TRAVELS reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.

Refund Policy for Bus Breakdown or Cancellation

At SUNLINE TRAVELS,we prioritize our passengers' safety and comfort. In the unlikely event of a bus breakdown or cancellation, we have a refund policy in place to ensure that our passengers are fairly compensated.

Refund Structure

  • Full Refund: In case of bus cancellation or breakdown before the commencement of the journey, passengers will be eligible for a full refund of their ticket fare.
  • Partial Refund: If the bus breakdown occurs during the journey, passengers will be eligible for a partial refund of their ticket fare, proportional to the distance not covered.
  • Reschedule or Alternative Arrangements: In case of bus cancellation or breakdown, SUNLINE TRAVELS will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements, such as a replacement bus or a refund, to ensure that passengers reach their destination with minimal disruption.

Refund Process

  • Notification: Passengers must notify SUNLINE TRAVELS customer support team within 24 hours of the bus breakdown or cancellation to initiate the refund process.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of notification.
  • Refund Mode: Refunds will be made to the original payment method used by the passenger.
  • Reschedule or Alternative Arrangements: In case of bus cancellation or breakdown, SUNLINE TRAVELS will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements, such as a replacement bus or a refund, to ensure that passengers reach their destination with minimal disruption.

Terms and Conditions

  • Force Majeure: SUNLINE TRAVELS will not be liable for any refunds or compensation in case of bus breakdowns or cancellations caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, riots, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Passenger Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and cooperating with SUNLINE TRAVELS customer support team to facilitate the refund process.
